Avoiding the Typical Buffet
A standard buffet does the job but it certainly doesn’t add any class to a business meeting or a party, and that’s why you should avoid those obvious buffet dishes.
The ‘party sections’ in supermarkets paint the picture of a typical buffet but there are so many different, exciting options out there. The obvious options would include chicken skewers, cocktail sausages, cheese and onion sandwiches and mini sausage rolls, but why not opt for homemade pizza, pulled pork rolls, BBQ chicken or steak ciabatas.
Okay so the ingredients will be more expensive but if you want people smiling at your party or want to make a good impression for prospective clients, then extra thought is needed. A standard buffet doesn’t grab attention and it can actually leave a bad impression on guests.
